This is not a get rich quick scheme or short term, high yield investment opportunity. While the primary objective of the project is ecological restoration and education through example, it is desirable that some profit is returned to cover land taxes, development costs, project administration etc.
In the first few years there is unlikely to be any returns and if there are, these will be reinvested in the project to fuel the objectives.
The timeline for yield from the project will vary depending on initial capital invested, the various characteristics of the land acquired and specific enterprises chosen.
Some possible options include: leased grazing, hay, animal raising, education, vegetables, berries, fruit, nuts, timber, lease / sale of dwelling rights, resale of improved land
